This financial structure is primarily due to the manner in which Dryband expanded to acquire the other homes.

This fairly flat management structure helps to run the whole group like a small family and the proprietors are particularly proud of being able to create this family atmosphere in the group.

It is company strategy to ‘market’ each home with its own identity and name rather than marketing the group.  This way the residents and staff of the Home associate with the Home’s identity rather than the group.

Each home has its own Manager. Currently one of the proprietors manages a home in the group directly (Cloverdale Care Home).  The Senior Management team in the group consists of an Operations Manager, a Finance Manager and a Human Resources Manager.  

From a company structure point of view, the group is called Dryband One Ltd.  Dryband owns all of the shares of 3 subsidiary companies called Northfields Care Homes Ltd., Isle Care (Axholme) Ltd. and P B Residential Care Home Ltd.
