The home has a Quality Committee that reviews the audits conducted by our staff members during the year.
The committee is made up of employees from different departments within the home so that everyone is able to contribute.
The Quality Committee meets regularly to review findings of audits and reviews and will put any actions in place to deal with issues or concerns raised.
