There is a Senior Care on duty at Temple Croft 24 hours, 7 days a week, and four other members of care staff on during the day and three at nighttimes.  Depending on occupancy levels the number of care staff is increased when needed.

We are very proud of our staff because, they get to know all our clients very well and are able to care for them in every way, encouraging, prompting, reassuring, listening and helping them where necessary with personal care, any problems and giving any other assistance that may be required.  

In addition to the care staff there are 5 committed domestic staff to do the "housework" and “laundry Service” they are very important for infection control & general cleanliness and hygiene, and 3 excellent cooks that take care of all the dietary needs of the residents including special diets, nutritious food, and the making of the yummy cakes and deserts.  All of the staff get to know our clients very well and each client is assigned a key worker. It is their task to communicate with the client, relaying their needs and changed needs back to other members of staff and really this becomes a friendship & trust between the client, their relatives and the home.
