We believe that the staff at Temple Croft are friendly, efficient and excellent in holistic caring.  The senior staff, Senior Carers, are all very experienced and five of the six Senior Carers have NVQ Level 3 qualifications.

All new staff have to undertake the 12 week induction program as defined by the Care Quality Commission, our regulatory authority.  All our staff are trained to the defined mandatory standards with most having more than the mandatory training.  We encourage all our care staff to train to at least NVQ level 2.
